Digital Products
Our products include downloadable digital content such as eBooks, PDF guides, templates, checklists, and other digital resources.
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
- You purchased a product but did not receive access to the download after payment.
- The file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- There was an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Failure to read the product description before buying.
- Incompatibility with your device or software when requirements were clearly stated.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
